Desiree & Gabriel: Griffith Observatory Engagement

Los Angeles Engagement

It was a beautiful day at the Griffith Observatory for Desiree & Gabriel’s engagement session, a little windy now and again but not too bad. I love exploring around the observatory to find new spots to take photographs and we found several little areas we liked. One of my favorite things about Desiree & Gabriel is their kindness. I can’t quite put my finger on it but they are just the nicest people ever! They have a beautiful love and just fall into each other so naturally. During their session anytime I mentioned giving a little kiss for the picture Gabriel was right on it, didn’t have to tell him twice. Oh, and I love their style! I might just have to go get me a pair of the booties that Desiree wore with her second outfit. So cute!

These two actually grew up living in the same neiborhood but didn’t start dating until later in life. Desiree had actually moved away but she still came back to visit her friends and because they had some mutual friends they ended up starting to talk to each other a little more. Their wedding is set for June of this year and I can’t wait to capture their lovely day! Congrats Desiree & Gabriel, you guys are such a beautiful and sweet couple!

Vintage Styled Shoot at a Christmas Tree Farm

I had such a fun time with this shoot and this girl couldn’t get any cuter! Emilee from Tasteful Tatters provided the vintage rentals and we set up in the Cut Your Own Tree section of the Christmas Tree Farm at Nancy’s Ranch. I loved every little vintage piece we incorporated. The old radio was so cool, I want it for keeps. 🙂 Ayla’s amazing red dress was from The Pink Giraffe Bowtique and it was perfect for her session! One of my favorite things about Ayla is capturing her funny little expressions. Makes it very hard to pick my favorite images, there are so many cute ones!

The Pattison’s: Santa Clarita Family Photography

Enjoyed photographing the Pattison family at the Valencia Glen park. It was windy and cold but we managed to make the best of it. I enjoyed getting to know this family a little during their session, Grandma and Grandpa were so sweet! We were missing two family members so we plan to meet up again soon the take a few more with the whole family but for now here are a few from their session.
