Oliva and John are two of the sweetest people. They both grew up in the Antelope Valley and went to High School together. John proposed to Olivia on the 4th of July this year and she said yes! John is an Army Firefighter and Olivia is studying to be a nurse. They were such a fun couple to be around and I loved how sweet they were on each other. Olivia’s lace dress was so perfect and who doesn’t like a man in uniform! They are two truly beautiful people and so in love. Thank you for having me capture your love Olivia & John! Enjoy the photos and feel free to leave a comment below for Olivia & John!
I first met Evan & Stephanie back in June when we met up in Santa Monica for their maternity session. I had such a fun time with the two of them for their maternity session so naturally I was so excited about Benjamin’s newborn session. Baby Benjamin arrived at the end of August and was 9lbs 1oz! Go Stephanie for delivering her big boy! 🙂
Benjamin was exactly 1 week old on the day of his session and he was such a good boy. Newborn sessions always take time for getting baby in just the right position and asleep for the super cute photographs but it’s always worth the wait. I just love this precious little guy and am so happy for Evan & Stephanie as they grow their family! Benjamin has some pretty amazing parents!
Nicole is a sophomore this year and is such a beautiful little lady! Her mom had me come to their house to shoot her and her brother Jacob and you can see his photos here. While I was there they brought down some schnazy cars from the neighbors house for a few shots and then we headed out to the back of the property for more pictures with Nicole and her friends Anne and Logan. I love putting beautiful subjects in the middle of a rough and rustic area and these girls were perfect for this shoot. Enjoy the photographs! Oh and if you love boots like I do you, can find a pair like those pictured in the middle above from Steve Madden (my other crush).
This little girl was having a very serious day for her one year old session but her cuteness makes up for the lack of smiles. This was my first time using a canvas back drop and I love this tri-split that I bought from Bad Sass Backdrops. Abigail’s mom kept her occupied with ice pops before she busted out the Baskin Robbins ice cream cake. Right about then things got messy fast. Abigail’s Dad is overseas serving our county at the moment and I am super excited to very soon be capturing the homecoming of Daddy and I know Mommy and Abigail can’t wait to see him. It will be such a precious moment!
