I recently worked on a styled wedding shoot with Tricia of Tricia Dahlgren Wedding Consulting and Event Coordinating that was published on Green Wedding Shoes today and have been dying to share the gorgeous photographs from the shoot. Be sure to head over and check out the feature here on Green Wedding Shoes. I pulled inspiration from memories of growing up in Oregon and then did my best at explaining the feel to Tricia so we could bring the design together. Things like our cold winters, warm berry cobbler, friends and family who loved showing off their latest hunting trip and curling up with a blanket and some hot cocoa are some of my favorite memories.
Our goal was to emphasize a cozy winter style in the wedding details. We incorporated a red plaid jacket for the bride, deer antlers, many wood textures, candles, s’mores, a hot cocoa station, warm pies, a picnic setup as the sweetheart table and an amazingly gorgeous old barn wedding venue. I am completely head over heals for how this shoot came out and could not have asked for a better team to with with. Thank you all!! Thank you, Thank you!

Love the rustic design of these wedding invitations! The plaid envelope lining is the cherry on top!
These flowers are to die for! Gorgeous reds mixed with evergreen and some dried pods, LOVE!
Chad & Cristal are a seriously good looking couple! They were perfect for the shoot did amazing! I loved how they naturally just interacted, laughed and smiled at one another as we directed them around our different settings. So cute!
